Theodoros Koumis

Theodoros (Theo) Koumis has a multidisciplinary background in computer science, mathematics and physics and has been involved in the gambling industry for over 20 years as a quantitative analyst, consultant, entrepreneur and professional gambler. Theo developed the world’s first in-running GPS driven horse racing pricing algorithm for British industry operator Sports Information Services. He has also spent over 10 years as a Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics consultant for high profile clients such as Microsoft and the UK government.
Dr Stylianos Kampakis
Senior research Partner
Dr Stylianos (Stelios) Kampakis is a data scientist and tokenomics expert with a long career in the space of AI, machine learning and statistics, that spans across different sectors. He is also affiliated with institutions like London Business School, UCL and Cambridge University. He has an excellent understanding of the space of entrepreneurship, while also having worked with larger organizations such as the US Navy and Vodafone. He is also a published author on the topic of data science, and has also published and presented his work in top ranked journals and conferences.
Professor Joemon Jose
Academic research Consultant
Joemon is a professor of computing and holds a PhD in information retrieval, MS’s in software systems and statistics. An active researcher with over 25 years of experience, he has supervised over 20 PhD students, trained over 20 post-doctoral researchers in data science and is currently working on advanced deep learning for prediction. He has an h-index of 45 and has 7699 citations with over 290 publications in prestigious journals or top venues like ACM SIGIR, WWW, CIKM etc. He is on the editorial boards of The Computer Journal, Oxford University Press and Springer.
Shivamm Gupta

Shivamm is a data scientist. He graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a Masters in High Performance Computing with Data Science. Before joining DeepLab, Shivamm worked for Facebook/Meta. He loves applying data science methods to problems, in particular the sports industry. He also loves playing cricket and spending time with his dog.
Lipeng Zhuang

Lipeng earned her MSc in Data Analytics for Economics and Business from the University of Glasgow. Now she is working towards her PhD in deformable object manipulation by robotic arms. Her interests are robotic manipulation, computer vision, chaos & non linear dynamic system and reinforcement learning. Lipeng also loves traveling to exciting new places.
